THE URBAN RESEARCHER

MICROGREEN ANIMALS
Microgreen Animals is a workshop designed for 6-9 year olds during which they transform an old drinking bottle into a self-watering planter to grow microgreens and decorate it with the face of an animal. The workshop covers topics of plant biology, growing, materials, recycling and art.

The workshop has been run at schools and more recently at Greenlab in collaboration with iDiscover as part of their STEM programme. More details on iDiscover and be found -HERE-.
